It is possible to notarise a document remotely, something that has become more common due to Covid restrictions.

Notarising a Document Remotely

If you would like us to notarise a document, to confirm that it is authentic, and you cannot meet up in person then we can provide notarisation services remotely.

You will need to email us a scan of the document, along with your photographic ID.  We cannot notarise all documents (some require a real signature).  If you require document noratisation please get in touch and we'll advise you whether it is possible, and what we will need from you.

The most common documents that need to be notarised are:

  • Documents transferring property rights (including intellectual property rights), mortgages and assignments;
  • Powers of attorney; and
  • Affidavits, oaths and statutory declarations.

but we can also notarise

  • Degree certificates
  • A level / GCSE certificates
  • Doctor's reports
  • Employment letters

We pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering a leading legal service in all areas of notarial practice.
